How can I get a free trial to test Veriff?

To get started, create an account and sign up for a free trial. You will need to completed Mandatory Identity Verification within the initial 15-day period after signing up. This is a crucial step to ensure platform security and compliance. Our Customer Support team is on hand assist you if needed. Failure to completed the mandatory IDV within 15-days will make the account inactive, potentially resulting in the suspension or termination of the Agreement.

During your free trial you have access to test all 3 plans. For each plan you will have 50 live verifications for free and unlimited test verifications.

Are there any setup or implementation charges?

There are no additional charges for set up or implementation.

Will I be charged for resubmission sessions?

No. With Veriff, you only pay for actual verification sessions, not for retry attempts.

Are there any additional costs or charges with the plan?

There are no hidden charges, you’ll only be charged for the sessions you use.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan whenever you need a different type of service. Once you’re a subscriber, you can change your plan at any time and the change will be effective immediately.

Please keep in mind that during the trial period the change of plan will trigger the end of the trial.

How am I charged after the free trial?

After the free trial period ends or the 50 free verification sessions have been used (whichever comes first) you will be billed according to the selected plan. Our transparent pricing model means the plans have a minimum monthly commitment and pay as you go model. With Veriff, you only pay for actual verification sessions, not for retry attempts.

What are the usage limitations on this Service?

By selecting this Service plan, Customer acknowledges that it is agreeing to the following restrictions on the number of sessions created to the Service: (a) a maximum of fifteen (15) sessions per minute can be created via the Service, and (b) a maximum of 10,000 sessions per month can be created via the Service (individual or collectively “Usage Cap(s)”). Customer must manage the number of sessions created within the specified limits above. Should Customer anticipate surpassing either or both of these Usage Caps, then Customer should request to enter into an Order Form for the purchase of the Service that will support Customer’s anticipated usage above these Usage Caps. In the event Customer exceeds one or both Usage Caps set forth above, then Customer acknowledges that Veriff may place limitations on the Service to slow and/or prevent the creation of additional sessions until such time as the sessions traffic is in compliance with the above stated Usage Caps.

Are there any setup or implementation charges?

There are no additional charges for set up or implementation.

Will I be charged for resubmission sessions?

No. With Veriff, you only pay for actual verification sessions, not for retry attempts.

Will I be charged for maintenance and account management services?

No. Our relationships with our customers are important to us and as such we do not charge extras for maintenance, support, or account management.

Will you help us with our implementation?

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist team to work with you to configure the solution to your business requirements and deliver additional support during the incubation period to maximize success.
